The Have it off Student Discount card (the "Have it off card") is promoted by Game Station Ltd, Unity House, Telford Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 6YJ ("Gamestation").

The Have it off card is available to all full time UK resident students aged 16 years and over in possession of valid student identification.

Subject to availability of Have it off card.

Gamestation stores accepting the card are as follows: Aberdeen, Bangor, Birmingham New Street, Bootle, Bradford DS, Brighton, Cambridge, Cardiff, Canterbury, Coventry, Dundee, Durham, Edinburgh Princes St, Exeter, Glasgow Sauch St, Hounslow, Lancaster, Leeds, Leicester, Lewisham, Lincoln, Liverpool Lord St, Liverpool St Johns, Luton, Manchester, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Newport, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Perry Bar, Sheffield, Southampton, Stafford, Stourbridge, Sunderland, Swansea, West Bromwich, Woolwich, York.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. There are no cash alternatives and cards cannot be transferred or exchanged.

The Have it off card can only be used on purchases of items at the stores mentioned in the condition 4 above.

The Have it Off Card cannot be used online at www.gamestation.co.uk or with over the phone purchases to customers service. Card to be only used in participating stores in section 4.

The Have it off card remains the property of Gamestation. Lost or damaged cards will be replaced at the discretion of Gamestation and Gamestation staff. Only one card will be given to each individual student.

The Have if off Card has no monetary value and can only be used by the person named on the card's account.

The Have it off Card cannot be used in conjunction with any online or stores money off voucher unless stated in the voucher T&Cs.

The Have if off card is only available to individuals. Groups and clubs are specifically excluded from the offer. The Have it off card can only be used by the person named on the card's account.

Gamestation staff and management reserve the right to refuse service to cardholders for any reason and no discussion will be entered into.

Gamestation reserves the right to disqualify a cardholder if it's suspected that these terms and conditions have been breached.

Gamestation reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time by giving a three month notice of its intentions to do so. Any such notice will be published on the Gamestation website as above.
